The site name, presentation and distinctive look and feel as expressed on https://iamshuja.dev are protected by copyright and related rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

02What you may not do

Without prior written permission from Shuja Abrar, you may not:

- Copy, clone, fork or republish this website's theme, layout or visual design as your own site, template, theme or product - Reproduce the distinctive combination of composition, typography, colour, motion and interface patterns that makes this site recognisable - Scrape, extract or redistribute substantial portions of the original front-end code, styles or assets for use in another project - Sell, license or redistribute this design or a close imitation as a theme, starter kit, SaaS skin or portfolio template - Remove or obscure copyright, ownership or attribution notices

"Close imitation" means a site or product that an ordinary viewer would reasonably recognise as derived from this one, even if individual colours, fonts or component names have been changed.

03Ideas versus expression

Copyright protects the particular expression of a design — the concrete layout, code, artwork and wording — not abstract ideas in the abstract (for example "a dark developer portfolio" or "a monospace technical aesthetic").

This notice does not claim ownership of those general concepts. It does claim ownership of this site's specific implementation and visual system, and it prohibits copying that expression.

Nothing in this notice restricts rights you already have under those licences for the third-party material itself — only the original design, code and content created for this site.

Photographs, logos or text belonging to other people (for example client marks or recommendation authors) remain theirs. They are shown here for portfolio context and are not offered for reuse.

06Portfolio content and code samples

Project descriptions, write-ups and any code snippets shown as portfolio examples are still subject to this notice unless a project page or repository expressly states a different licence (for example an open-source licence on GitHub). Where a linked repository carries its own licence, that licence governs that repository — not this website's theme or chrome.

07Permission and licensing

If you want to reuse elements of this design, commission a similar build, or license any part of the theme or code, contact Shuja Abrar first and wait for written approval. Approval is discretionary and may include conditions or a fee.

Unsolicited copies, "inspired by" clones marketed as original themes, and template redistributions of this look are not authorised.
